REC CULTURAL
The REC Cultural is a project promoted by the ICUB and Novact that has been carried out between September 1, 2022 and March 15, 2023 in the neighborhoods of Sants and Poble-sec to stimulate consumption, production and access to local culture through a 50% bonus of the change of euros to RECS Culturals and the channelling of cultural cheques to bring culture to families in a situation of vulnerability.
