Barcelona is a great city and as such, attracts capital. This will not change, Barcelona does not need to protect itself. Rather, we expect consumption to be rationalized, to allow idle factors to be reactivated, that is, resources that are not fully or partially used (for example, empty market stops) and to finance economic circuits that generally have little funding, to increase this way the wealth of businesses and the city.
